    <span style="font-family:SimSun;">&nbsp; 加拿大人员最新开发出一种生物兼容性支架，可像</span><span style="font-family:SimSun;"><strong><span style="color:#FF0000;font-size:18px;">“魔术贴”</span></strong>一样将成片跳动的心脏细胞“扣”在一起，从而使装配功能性心脏组织变得像搭配鞋扣般简单。</span><span style="font-family:SimSun;">参与研究的多伦多大学化学工程系博士张博洋向科技日报记者描述称，心脏由许多条状心肌纤维组织编织而成。如果将单条纤维看成是一堆结构，第二部就是创建一个二维结构然后将其做成二维码。</span>

    <span style="font-family:SimSun;">&nbsp; 两年前，张博洋所在的团队曾发明出</span><span style="font-family:SimSun;">“生物线” （</span><span style="font-family:SimSun;">Biowire</span><span style="font-family:SimSun;">），模仿肌肉纤维在心脏中的生长方式。最新研究则将“生物线”技术从一维空间扩展到三维空间。他们用特殊聚合物</span>
    <span style="font-family:SimSun;">POMaC</span> <span style="font-family:SimSun;">创建出可供细胞 生长的二维网格。该网格可装成类蜂窝状，不过其孔洞并非对称，一边要比另一边更宽些。这一网格结构给细胞提供了一个“排排坐”的模板。当用电流进行刺激 时，心肌细胞会收缩在一起，从而导致柔性聚合物发生弯曲。</span><span style="text-align:center;font-family:SimSun;">研究团队发表在最新一期《科学进展》杂志上的论文称，将</span>
        <span style="text-align:center;font-family:SimSun;">T</span><span style="text-align:center;font-family:SimSun;">形“柱子”绑定在蜂窝上，当第二层叠加其上时，这些“柱子”就会像小钩子一样，穿过蜂窝孔洞扣结到位。这如同魔术贴（粘扣带）上的塑料钩和环，设计的灵感来自植物为将种子黏在动物身上而生成的钩刺。</span>

    <span style="font-family:SimSun;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-family:SimSun;">该技术的优势表现在</span><span style="font-family:SimSun;">3</span><span style="font-family:SimSun;">个方面：<span style="font-size:18px;color:#FF0000;"><strong>“魔术贴”</strong></span>结构使心肌组织组装更迅捷；可让细胞聚合成心肌组织所需的条状纤维，几层网格叠加时类似弹簧，其上的细胞可伸缩跳动；可随意组装和拆卸的功能能用在许多研究领域。</span>
    <span style="font-family:SimSun;">该项技术最终将用来创制可修复受损心脏的人造组织，其模块化性质可使为病人定制移植物更容易。未来这些微型模块或可构建出手术所需的任意尺寸组织，而且聚合物支架本身可生物降解，会在短短数月逐渐分解并被人体吸收。</span>
